Customer Care

We ship orders within 48 hours after we get them, if there is an issue with demand, we will post that here. All sales are final, and we work hard to make sure you are happy with anything you buy supporting The Funded Project.  If items are not used or damaged we will gladly exchange them at no cost and pay for postage both ways. If you ever have a quality issue simply use the contact form, we cover shipping if there is a quality issue and will exchange your item at no cost.

Privacy & Safety 

We do not sell information to outside sources. The Funded Project shares information back and forth with Metromedia Funding Solutions and Circle City Magazine as they are owned by the creator of The Funded Project. We use Wix cookie tracking to help our efforts but also use a dual-band security interface. For more information please refer to the terms and conditions page.

Wholesale Inquiries

As for Wholesaling merchandise we rather you would work with us on a CO-OP to get the brand out there. Use the contact form to get more information. Vendors are to conform with the strict policies of The Funded Project in terms of customer service, and commitment.  The Funded Project will consider collaboration with other parties that work in the business services space or media space, All inquiries are to be submitted on the contact form found on the home page. Vendors are subject to a code of conduct contracts to insure that the quality of the program does not lose integrity.
